About this course
PfMP is designed for professionals operating well above the individual-project level — portfolio directors, senior PMO leaders, and executives responsible for deciding which investments an organization should fund, pause, or terminate. This package prepares you for the two performance domains of the exam (Strategic Alignment and Value; Portfolio Risk Management, among others in PMI's outline), with an emphasis on the judgment-based, scenario-heavy question style that makes PfMP one of PMI's most demanding exams.

Requirements
- Secondary degree: 7 years of portfolio management experience within the last 15 years (96 months)
- Four-year degree: 4 years of portfolio management experience within the last 15 years (48 months)
- No prior PMI certification required to enroll — the official exam application requires PMI's separate panel review process
