About this course
Unlike broader project management certifications, PMI-SP focuses on a single, high-stakes discipline: building, maintaining, and defending a project schedule under pressure. It's aimed at planners, schedulers, and PMs in industries — construction, engineering, defense, oil & gas — where schedule slippage has real financial and contractual consequences. The package covers the full scheduling life cycle, from schedule model development through monitoring, controlling, and closing.
